A circular LED head on a flexible gooseneck arm, attached to a spring-loaded clamp that grips desk edges, bed frames, headboards, and shelves up to a couple of inches thick. Astra is built for the spaces a regular table lamp can't fit the edge of a bunk bed, a music stand, the side of a workbench, the top of a laptop screen.
The gooseneck holds whatever angle you bend it to, so you can aim light directly onto a book, sheet music, a sketchpad, or a keyboard without lighting up the whole room. Touch the head to switch on, hold to dim. It's rechargeable with a 3600 mAh battery, so it works clipped to anything outlet nearby or not.
Charges over USB. Folds compact when not in use.
