30 Day Return Policy At Dosra, you have the right to return any product within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, the order is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@dosra.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will email you specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

Ship the Item: Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email and drop the package off at the specified shipping carrier location.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Products: There is no cost to the customer for returns when the item is incorrect, damaged during transit, or defective. Return shipping is arranged by Dosra.

Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or you no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection, though timing may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@dosra.com. Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase to ensure the fastest processing.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or personal care goods.
