Shipping policy

This page explains shipping locations, processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs. Shipping within the United States is provided at no charge.

Shipping Locations Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery Times Please review our delivery timelines to estimate when you will receive your order.

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: 6 to 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days from order placement.

Shipping Costs

This applies to outbound shipping only and does not include return shipping, which is addressed in the Return & Refund Policy.

United States: Shipping is provided at no charge.

Carrier Services Orders are shipped using standard carrier services, which include:

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. You can monitor your package’s journey using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email or on our Order Tracking Page.

Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact customer support so we can review the issue with the carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments should be submitted within 30 days of the original ship date.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.
